The UKTFA is the trade organisation representing over 85% of UK timber-frame manufacturers and the sector’s key suppliers.

Established in 2002, the UKTFA promotes timber-frame construction to the construction industry and the public; provides both technical and consumer information and guidance; and aims to ensure that all sectors of UK construction make full use of the potential of timber-frame construction, including speed of erection, thermal and acoustic properties, durability and design flexibility.

The UKTFA comprises more than 270 member companies.
